The place is special and clean. Everything is great. Really kind and understanding staff ensures you spend a great time here. the guest room is cheap with 3 single beds, a balcony, plus good windows. the location is marvelous, minutes from a 216m-tall TV tower. They serve cheap food and have a wide array of options to choose from. Every time in Prague, we stay in this hotel.

Property was charming, with amicable stuff and stunning location in the Žižkov area. Location: the hotel was not far from St Charles Bridge, the main train station and the center of the city and the railway;)))

Stayed for 6 nights in this special place, truly enjoyed that. Helpful and experienced staff that liked their guests. 3. the unit we got was great-sized and budget with good windows, a small table, for example.
the location was unbeatable and magnificent, a minute walk from Old Jewish Cemetery in Zizkov.

It is close to city centre-15 min walk so you don't even have to use the tram. The bathroom was nice, there was lots of light in the room. In 4 days we got each 2 clean towels. WiFi in the room.
Strange hair in the bed, they probably don't change the bed sheets too often. Matress was too soft, so be prepared for some lower back pain. WiFi signal in the room was weak, it was best near the door.

The bed was very comfortable.
The stuff was very unfriendly and did not speak english. They also were not able to give us some advise about places in the city.

Easter break was quite affordable with plenty of options available, including the complimentary breakfast and shuttle service. the location was perfect for exploring the city on foot and there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. I liked that the hotel had an elevator, which made it easy to get to my room on the upper floors.
Dislikes included the high noise level from traffic outside and the lack of proper maintenance of the hotel building, such as the peeling paint and sagging curtains. the room I stayed in could have been cleaner, and there was a musty smell that persisted throughout the stay.

The room was big (we received an triple room - it would fit 3 person just fine also) and very clean. We had help from the staffs every time we needed and the hotel we very good in what it offer. The just found 2 problens, frist is the fact the have 4 floors and no elevators, no problem for us, but will be for much people, also the price were a bit high for what you get, but it was new's year eve, so it might explain it.

The location is good. We got information from hotel staff on how to reach the hotel from Central Train Station by tram which is very convenience. The staff are also helpful to give useful information.
I requested for a non-smoking room but I got the room with very strong smoking smell! I had to open the window to dilute the smell.

Booked a room with a nice bathtub and it was so convenient being right next to the National Theatre.

The friendliness of the staff, cleanliness of the room and most importantly the fact that I felt safe there.
The noisy neighbors. I found that there were a lot of people that came in throughout the night and were drunk, singing in the stairways and making a lot of noise which woke me up several times during the night. There could be a more tighter security in this aspect.

Two things - 1) the price. 33 Euro in Prague, at short notice, was excellent. 2) the reception staff were very courteous and helpful. Goran gave me maps and a lot of precise information about the public transport that really helped me during my 2 days in Prague.
1) The room was cold at night. The small oil heater provided did not provide sufficient heat. 2) The mattresses were thin and lumpy - I did not sleep well.
